Support for the new ways of working in companies in the food sector
With the “New ways of working: perspectives, practices and implementation of teleworking in the food sector in Gipuzkoa” project, Basque Food Cluster wants to help companies in the food sector in Gipuzkoa to adopt new ways of working that meet the needs of the workers and the companies in terms of work-life balance and competitiveness. The situation caused by the pandemic has accelerated the need to adopt work models. At the same time, the Teleworking Law was approved yesterday. This change, although a coincidence, has turned out to be a key factor in attracting talent.
