Job finding for unemployed people through support
Lanberri proyecto
The Basque Food Cluster is working with the Provincial Council of Bizkaia on a programme to improve the employment prospects of unemployed people over 45 years of age, long-term unemployed, disabled or at risk of exclusion. The aim is to offer a support, training and job finding programme tailored to each unemployed person, and at the same time, a series of actions that allow talent to be incorporated into the companies in the value chain in the Bizkaia food sector. The aim of our programme is for each unemployed person to find a tailor-made professional solution for their future, which allows them to take on new jobs in another company or even start their own business, if that is their dream. The programme includes actions for:
  • Finding direction
  • Employment activation and intermediation
  • Training
  • Technical training in AUX OPERATOR. OF MAINTENANCE AND INTERNAL TRANSPORTATION IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY with a focus on e-commerce and last mile logistics, complemented with internships in companies in the food sector value chain.
